We select the sites where to install our parks following two essential aspects: first, the economic return through careful evaluations in order to ascertain the park to meet the minimum return threshold we require. Second, the environmental impact that should be minimized through the site choice and design by paying attention to landscapes and by protecting the local flora and fauna.

If  a site meets our requirements we form agreements with land owners for its usage. We fully and clearly inform them of the economic returns expected and of the impact our installations will have on their properties. Once an agreement is reached we proceed with the administrative procedures for authorisation. Thanks to our international experience and to the close relationships formed by our professionals we can deal appropriately with the administrative procedures which are required from country to country. No intermediaries are required and everything is done transparently.

We collaborate with local companies, for infrastructures like land preparation, installation and the electricity grid connection. This is because they better understand the features and characteristics of the territory on which we operate.

We do not create our parks to obtain short term gains but rather for long term benefit. It is for this very reason that we form a company for each park, which is to reside in the municipality where the installation is located. This company then buys a turnkey solution once the park is completed. Among the activities of this company are: maintenance, installation checks and the drawing up of agreements for power transfer. Furthermore, this company strives to maintain good relationships with local communities by means of a joint programme together with the various local authorities and associations.
